Founding Burckart Construction
John C. Burckart establishes Burckart Construction, Inc. in 1953, founding the family business.
Entry into Development & Professional Licensing
William P. Burckart begins nearly four decades of developing communities and home building in Northwest Arkansas, holding credentials in residential/commercial contracting, real estate, insurance, Series 7, and Series 63.
National Recognition from HUD
Receives special national recognition from HUD and Secretary Jack Kemp for pioneering Bentonville's first RZL affordable housing neighborhood.
Bentonville City Council Election & Service
Assumes a seat on the Bentonville City Council, actively working on housing affordability initiatives, infrastructure planning, workforce programs, and regional growth strategies.
Present Day
Concentrates ongoing development efforts on attainable housing, missing-middle housing, and mixed-use developments that support sustainable regional growth.
